We should get rid of the ability to hide the issuer of bans. There's no reason for it to be a feature.

It gets complicated with warnings since multiple jannies can contribute warning points over a period of time. I guess an easy solution would to show the last janny who gave a warning but xenforo is a noob to work with regarding making your own features.
