Not that I know of. War thunder air arcade is the best dogfighting game I've found for that.

long answer: nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
if you want to enjoy the game and actually get to top tier vehicles you need either a premium vehicle or a premium account subscription, which isn't that expensive compared to something like DCS or IL2, so if you're ok with that sure, the game is good
