This is a thing that leftists constantly push and sometimes becomes absurd with stuff like "Disabled nonbinary black pansexual transgender lesbian" characters that seem like a way for NPCs to promote because of diversity or some shit and nothing else. There is also the problem of shitty "Sreal womang Female Characters" that just act like men because of muh empowerment or some other cacaot thing.
However, I don't think the idea is entirely frivolous or without merit. It occured to me earlier that girls and women seem strangely bland and without any ideals. Men value things like honor, respect, strength, stoicism, et cetera. I can't name what women value. Beauty and empathy? I'm unsure. There's definitely plenty of slop that has women in pivotal roles but what about the classics?
What type of media can young girls follow that inspires them not to be entitled whores? Could writing well thought out novels and other forms of media but with well-developed female protagonists be important? I have been writing a philosophical novel and it's going well, but I don't know any philosophical novels with female protagonists.
I was thinking of changing some details about my main character and turning him into a woman so that women are able to further identify with him and absorb the messages he learns. There is also the issue of race and ethnicity but I'm not a /pol/chud so I don't know much about that.
My main focus is still gender though, I think besides porn addiction and narcissism, male transtesticles want to become women because they can't relate to them due to this lack of good representation. The male tendency to put a women on pedestals increases because of the scarcity of women's perspectives. For female transtesticles, they might want to become a man due to believing only men have interesting lives.
I might have sounded like some kind of feminist or female simp here, so another question could be: what kind of male characters and perspectives do you guys think are not represented?
