The EU have always helped in fighting America's war in fighting for Israel.

Buy military equipment.
Align with sanctions against americas enemies.
Help with coin in areas occupied by the united states military (currently none, but europe was there in afghanistan).
Allow american military logistics hubs in europe which are partially paid for by the host country.
Intelligence sharing.
