He could've read the thread a few after the attack and decided to post the packwatch. I can see where you're coming from if he posts it on the day the ddos occurred (after the site was up) and you could also make the argument that his ISP rate-limited him when he was ddosing

That's valid tho. I suffered from dicktator joons who banned me for months because they didn't like me. At least Hillel knows that my (and other) bans were not deserving.
