Should discussions regarding soybooru polls be banned?

As the title implies, should asking people to vote on polls on soybooru here be banned?

This would only encompass stuff like asking people to vote on a poll on soybooru, not showing off ridiculous polls or polls who'se voting time has already passed.
Votes are private, and voting will be active until 5 AM, 4th of July UTC
