I'll admit, when CH3-4 were released I was mildly interested in trying it out. I didn't, though, as watching a few minutes of a YouTube video of a playthrough immediately destroyed any semblance of interest I had.

The only fun parts are the combat and the Snowgrave route. Undertale did the characters better but I only played the Genocide route so I got to avoid all of the gay dinosaurs and fish people romance noncesense.

Toby Fox is one of the most uninspiring boring creators. All of his shit is just him taking inspiration from his favorite vidya game so he literally has no original thought. He loves Touhou so much his music plagiarizes it. He's one of the examples of why indie slop is slop because it's just fans rehashing what they like

To be fair, every modern piece of fiction will take inspiration from another media the author likes at some point. And if they don't, the inspiration is from life stories or history or politics or medieval folklore or hobbies. But creativity is hiding your influences which Toby fails at
