I unlocked d6 for Isaac
and yes I killed satan 3 or 4 times

Well, since this is Rebirth, finding something like that shouldn't be that hard. Just restart a couple of times and you'll find Cricket's Head on the first floor like it's nothing.

i haven't played isaac in a long time
what's the point of not playing azazel? he has mini brimstone, flight, and his black hearts won't be a problem if you're careful enough, he's basically a buff with little to no downsides
maybe I just don't understand tboi

what's the point of not playing azazel?

Item unlocks, but other than that, there isn't, really. Azazel is the sreal womangest character in the game with practically no downsides. At least with characters like Greed and his tainted version, you die in like 2-3 hits.
