I banned Tor

If you noticed some people are missing it's because I banning people from ever using the site on Tor due to guestposts being saturated by some ban evading pedo. Until I can figure out how to make guests unable to post on Tor (or I disable guestposting to allow people who don't have VPNs to still use the site), this will probably stay in place

A solution would let Doll handle Guestposts since he can see ips and would know if it's Tor or not. Then I can unban Tor

Guestposting is exclusively used by trolls or banned cacaots, its better to restrict that than ban tor.
