Had a rough idea in mind and cobbled this up. Only issue is that Frontpage 2003 only supports switching one frame per button. Trying to add JS crap to get around this doesn't work. I'll think of something. Image content on the right, text content at the bottom, rest in the "content" section.

I could smash the top three into one .htm page containing the three frames to get around this but then that'd leave the text content unchanged. Three as I wanted to see if I could change the logo with each page to correspond with the contents.
