Today I ran into some friends of mine during lunch time by chance. Turns out two of them were not only dating, but they were engaged at that, and I didn't know about this until just now. I didn't think of it. The girl had another boyfriend in the past, hell I met him last November, so I thought those two were just friends. I should've known better, how the fuck could they be just friends? Whenever we're at parties they carpooled with each other, I could sometimes see them get coffees together at work (despite the guy having wack ass hours where his day starts at 10-11 and ends at 7-8), they seemed to interact with each other far more than anyone else to my knowledge... how the fuck could I be so autistic? I'm happy for them, for the most part. But part of me feels a bit empty. For starters, I had a bit of a crush on her. She was cute, she was nice to me, she was the only girl my age who has ever given me a hug (even though once was because I gave a fucking gift card and the other time was because it was my birthday), but then again she's just nice like that to everyone. I never had a chance with her to begin with, not by a fucking long shot. But still, people my age are getting engaged and meanwhile I'm still living like I'm still 15, I have some kind of distant friends and no romantic experience whatsoever. Time's running out.
Okay and then we went up to our workplace's rooftop terrace and had lunch. We talked about SNCA like how Acrobat is getting raped by ChatGPT, how Chegg got raped by ChatGPT, gym memberships and running marathons. There were two girls that I haven't seen or talked to before. I will probably never see them or talk to them again.
On an unrelated note I need to get working on my Halloween costume. I only have barely over a month for it, I'm running out of time. It'll be a struggle, but I'm gonna try and do it. It'll be really cool, hopefully.
