This should've been a thing ten years ago.
Reminds me of when they made a Napoleon Dynamite cartoon nearly ten years after the movie came out and it bombed, though the downfall of that show was that it didn't stick to the awkward mundanity that encapsulated the film. A lot of the things in the show were things that would've never happened in the movie.
