Explain that partethical perspective
I prefer soy milk over cow milk from both a dietary and ethical perspective.
Unethical milking practices within poorer/uncaring countries/farmers. Ideally in my mind both soya and cow milk should co-exist in the market as proper milking practices when cows are kept in well-off environments with proper feeding and such is fine by me. I recognize milking isn't a painful process - and even pleasurable at times - with cows when done properly in a "come and go" system (solely found in first world countries) where the cows can freely enter a milking device as they please.Explain that part
For example, I'm currently in Malta on holiday and I'm not too keen on drinking standard cows milk as I find it hard to believe the locals are too concerned with their livestock beyond expectations in their output. Thus, unethical practices may occur.Unethical milking practices within poorer/uncaring countries/farmers. >B-But the testosterone effects?
Chemicals that mimic estrogen exist in both varities of milk, those being estradiol and esreal womane in cow milk and genistein, daidzein, and glycitein in soya milk. These don't matter regardless in regular quantities, as tests have been done on mice that show that cow milk requires extreme superdoses to modify testosterone levels in the subject. Seeing as plant estrogens are extremely weaker - roughly a thousand times - than their mammalian counterparts, the effect is expectedly lesser.
