To add, I intend to never overstep my boundaries as a janitor. I will not "handle" or "manage" our denizens with short-sighted decisions and non-standard rule enforcement. If a decision comes along that involves a foreseeable threat to our community however - such as groomer types and approximates - I will consult my superiors and fellow jannies and come to a final conclusion. I will be a staff team member, not an independent.
