A 3 day ban for something minor should be doubled every time but cooldown like 6 days each time (unless that gets doubled from the added duration).
A 7 day ban for something medium should be the former that I said but 6 gets replaced with 7.
A 30 day ban for something big should be serious, like I said but 30 instead of 7.
etc.
Permaban should be seriously looked into if the person was noobdly or not.
