you clearly don't understand trump, he says random dummyed stuff and then pussies out right at the end. The idea is to flood the media with so many fake scandals that the actual scandals (being the united states withdrawing from Iraq and 5 bases being destroyed) arent reported by the news cycle, since theres a limited cycle in a given day
