I assume soyoyuki jsid. The wiki was a pet project of his and the collaboration with this site was just so he would have a domain to fall back to in case it was dropped like what happened to SECApedia, basically he can do whatever he wants with it. He was also looking to quit the soysphere recently so if this is his course of action then so be it, it's his decision.
