Example is the famine during Lenin, White Russians many burnt crops and farmers, also geological conditions were bad, and much more. It is the same with Cuba when the USSR collapsed they have a famine because the American government stopped food from coming in to genocide.

But i would say near to zero from socialism. even including external reasons for death they are greatly reduced then what the system has told you.
