Eleven. It throws off the phonic pattern of counting (two has twelve, three has thirteen, and yet one has eleven), it represents the betrayal of God and continued persistence of humanity's proneness to sin even when within God's flock (twelve followers of Christ turning to eleven after Judas' treason), and it's also a number worshiped by New Age numerology freaks ("it's 11:11, make a wish!").
