In sophomore year, my freshman English teacher noticed that I sat alone and kept my head down after finishing my food, so he convinced my dean to move me to another lunch period.
Also, I got into WWII reenacting in highschool, so I wore my greatcoat to school all winter. This was right after Parkland, and a few months before another shooter wore a trench coat to school for months so no one would suspect him when he actually hid guns in it. I had an off-campus class, so that day I came in during a class period. A janitor followed me, then demanded that I immediately put my coat in my locker. I still think about her. She obviously thought I was a shooter from how she talked to me, but she still chose to confront me even if she thought I had a gun. I know for a fact that she was not paid enough to potentially risk her life.
