I think we have alot of people banned for nophono raisin namecaca drama from months or even years ago
Now that we have actual competition with the soybooru or whatever I think we should loosen up on some of these
People that got banned just for being annoying, baiting, embarrassment, grudges, etc. I know post quality matters more than PPH but I feel like this would help.
I would give an example but this is rather broad and can apply to any dummy who got banned or denied on arrival for something not that serious.
