Frankly it just looks boring to me, the current default avatar is better because it's more unique and fits the soy aesthetic more.

How is that bait? I think the silhouetted shroom mascot being there makes more sense than the letters. The letter profiles look ugly and are shallow. The current default pfp is unique to this website and the silhouette thematically fits because the poster is a default shroom user.
