What is so complicated about gimp?
its not even clunky anymore since 3.0 came out, all you need to do is learn the key assigned to a tool and press shift before it, I came over from Photoshop and it only took me a few attempts to get used to, infact I found the handful of keyboard shortcuts (like 5ish) that i knew at the time more convenient than clicking through menus on photoshop

I belive a good UI design in this case would be you select imgae, right click it and it shows everything that you can do with this specific image, but instead in GIMP it just shows idk what because it affects literally everything and not this specific image
Also I think there is no free transformation in GIMP like stretching the photo around

Well true, never had an issue with that B4 doe, and aren't there like mods/scripts you can use which change allat to mirror the exact Layout of PS like photogimp or whatever the fuck

Its part of the toolbox in the top left BTW, or you can press shift+S

paint net with plugins won, you dont need allat for your tasks unless you are a sissy artcaca or designer
