im pretty sure it was because linking reels is buggy in the chat and because the chat can be accessed and spammed by anyone
i think making some sort of like private rooms only accessible to invited users and joons in the shroom chat would fix this, but nobody would use them now since theyre all banned

This can be done but private rooms don't seem that good of an idea especially after #fpe. I never added them in the beginning because I knew it would devolve into cord cliques
