The difference is that boogie and wings are adults falling for mistakes of their own making while she is a child who's been manipulated by others. I don't think she deserves full sympathy when her pain is self inflicted, but she still deserves some pity.

The news bans system doesn't say who banned someone. Its based off of warning points and they're given out per infraction, it just happens that Imp did like 17 infractions of spam in like 2 days and the amount of points determines ban length. You get a notification for every warning you get so you know when to stop.
