its not about how harmful he could be its about the integrity of the rules in question. he is hostile. the rules being lenient is exactly one of the reasons why the booru is in its current state.

finocide was pardoned after what should've been a permaban anyway by quote on the booru. is broot like finocide? no, but the circumstances regarding pardons are similar, and as far as i know, being hostile or violating rule 2 on the booru are to be treated with permabans (well, it should be, but the booru's idea of permabans are moreso temporary lol)

In the majority of countries, including most of the U.S you're allowed to drink as a minor under parental supervision. It doesn't necessarily means he gets wasted.

Rules can be lenient both ways, as in in a more punitive or forgiving way. This is more or less what happened with CX2 here.
But as long as Broot isn't put in a position of power on here again, I don't think there's any risk of anything happening, and I doubt he'll coal up the site like CX did. If not, then the ban can always be reinacted ig.

i remember those...

speaking of trials, i met spas in soycraft and we talked about the shroom and recent happenings.
