No such thing. A kid can't be as mentally mature or as capable as an adult, but the reverse can be true, hence the mentally dummyed.

It's a pretty simple equation
No matter how genious the kid, they're not physically mature
And a mature body but a undeveloped mind can also be wrong due to them not being able to comprehend intimacy, which does bring into question the capacity of some women not traditionally considered dummyed if they are still just as capable of comprehending such as a fully intelligent woman
