I assume you mean by hosting your own web service and setting an image from there you get access to the ips of anyone who tries to load into your profile since it's an image that loads from an external source. I fail to see how this is possible on the shroomboru if one can only embed images from the same booru unless you allowed embedding from anywhere in which case that's just polish excellence.
