Can anyone please help me crack the Soybooru roulette?

I know that it's based off some math.random shit which is predictable and I was able to get some float numbers to generate when the spin happens but I'm not sure if it's relevant because it generates 2 numbers and both of them are not correlated to the result of the spin one of which might be represantor for changing the random pattern on a wallpaper
