I think if we just got 20 of us untrained soyteens with enough guns and ammo, we could clear it over night, maybe two days at most.

We need some armor since these natives have a 40% accuracy rate of throwing spears

Three speedboats full of 'eens (no diddy). One flanks and launches molotovs into the jungle, the other two circle the island shooting whoever runs out. After they stop coming out, we land with a shield wall protecting our shooters. Assuming they're still rattled from the initial attack, we might get some time to build cover on the beach.
I'm going off a population size of ~200, but estimates range from 15(lol) to 500, so the higher end would need more care.
