I have a personal dislike for porsche because a gigantic noob i used to call a friend broke up the friend group i had since early highschool by turning into a literal cacaot and suddenly getting offended at everything i said, said cacaot also happened to like the brand a lot. That’s unfortunate. I wouldn’t say Porsche is my favorite brand but they do make some generally nice cars, I do think the 911 is a bit overrated doe (Cayman GT4 mogs, I’m slightly biased doe as my dad owns a Cayman GTS 4.0)

I went to a Porsche dealership the other day because my parents were doing an oil change and I saw this nice preowned year old Turbo S that not only wasn’t below MSRP but was being sold at FORTY FUCKING GRAND ABOVE IT
Literally what the fuck is wrong with them? The Turbo S is a high trim model sure but it’s not really desirable, nobody is doing what it takes to get an allocation for one like a GT3 RS or even a base GT3. And even then around that price range I’d rather just purchase a V8 Vantage, it may not be as clinically perfect at the Turbo S but it feels more special than yet another 911 that’ll blend into traffic
