>Fuck you gigafly poster. It literally has 'p embedded and it represents the thinking of pedophiles very well. They think that because gigachad can stand on a fly, they can groom children.

/Christ/ - Christianity General

General thread
my creation, and of my brethren

i don't care if u want to believe it or not. im not here to make anyone believe in my religion. for me, its just natural to do so.

the natural order in balance

These are the same reasons to believe that would apply to any religion with a God or gods, at a certain point its not really about faith and is just about your culture. Seek the truth, not yourself.

my proof is critical thinking? Existence = God, not any specific one necessarily, same with the natural order
lots of Christians do this, yet you're trying to pin this at me?
I agree, to only be Christian because of culture is dummyed. That, however, doesn't change the fact that there are actual good reasons to believe it.
the truth you speak of lead back to mexicayotl.
I'll wait for you to start doing human sacrifices then.

I agree, pedophilia has been making an alarming comeback lately
I don't give a fuck about Paganism, but you noobs need to cut it out with this "You're X therefore you're Y" bullshit. I highly doubt a considerable number of pagans are pedophiles, let alone all.

No it's not, Christianity killed Paganism and now Christianity is dying to atheism. Modern Paganism is almost entirely a LARP due to the fact Paganism was secularized into mere mythology.
Modern atheism is currently dying to Hero worship and ancestor worship tbh. Just look at how people treat Claus, Washington, Napoleon, etc…

Eventually they will be treated like gods. Just like Alexander was and, according to some, like the germanic gods were.

The return of Paganism is inevitable. You transphobic Chrikes won't last much longer.
dude your axe wound is leaking
and plus modern paganism is just teens being edgy now, Christianity fought paganism and us “Chrikes” won.

To those of you in this thread who follow Christianity, how do you believe the church at large will combat the waning number of followers in the West? From my own eyes I can confidently state that in Ireland at least, the church will be completely dead in my area come 2050 due to the elderly making up the entirety of the staff and attendees.

Will they combat this through new, more digestible translations becoming the standard? "Progressive" changes that'll better fit the current younger demographic? I'm all ears, and very curious, because I fail to see how Western Christianity will get out of this issue unscathed.

Of course the religion will still have a sreal womang hold on a few ten thousand young men, but will that be enough to truly sustain it against the upcoming threat of not only Paganism, but Atheism too? Not to mention these hypothetical numbers will be subject to being ran thin through clashing and contrasting denominations.

Numbers are numbers, and Paganism has been slowly growing to numbers that are nothing to scoff at. In England and Wales, Pagan adoption has grown to 71,000 following 2021 census statistics (17% increase from 2011) and Christianity has fell 13% since 2011 following those same census statistics. America is much of the same in Christianity's decline, although Paganism is still only at a mere 1% adoption rate.

To put it shortly, Paganism is slowly but steadily on-track to overtaking Christianity in certain European countries. It might not be a threat today, tomorrow, next year, next decade, but it'll certainly snowball into an issue come 2040. Atheism on the other hand is already a major issue and will continue to be until Christianity withers away much like every other religion that merely defined an era, rather than forever. Of-course if current statistics are to be believed, who knows what the next generation will make of it all,
