It depnds, is uglyness in the family or is it more to do with upbringing?
You can have healthy ugly people and unhealthy beautiful people, though having both is optimal
But being ugly but healthy is IMO better than the other way around
Though often uglyness is a side effect or indicator of poor health and human are tuned to pick up on that so staring in a mirror is genuinely a good way to checkup on your health
