Best way to get caffeinated

Will need a Snopes on the first thing, the second is likely only true when you're collecting data on people who are drinking coffee instead of their usual sugary slop, which is made redundant the minute you start adding sugar and anything else to coffee (Even doe why would you do that?). Like tea, coffee is comprised almost entirely of water, and does not provide any significant health benefits beyond what drinking water already does for you. In fact, if anything, the caffeine in them can be harmful to your bones.
How abt sugar free monster? But yeah adding sugar to coffee is stupid just add milk until it stops being bitter.

Neither of these are great for you, but I wouldn't say people should avoid them entirely. Less is usually just better, and unfortunately those drinks typically have even more caffeine than your average coffee does. It's also pretty bad for your teeth, not that coffee and tea are much better, but the carbonation and acidity of energy drinks is just awful on your enamel.

I drink energy drinks sometimes, but I won't pretend that they're good for me. In a perfect world, I'd stick to water, unsweetened juice, and milk.

I wouldn't drink coffee on a regular basis. I will not use energy drinks.
Neither of them are that good for you but if I was forced to drink one of them I would go with coffee.

neither cause energy drinks are either real womancore (monster) or make you piss out rocks (redbull) and coffee makes you shit your pants if you drink too much, and i have to drink like 8 cups to even feel a thing cause i used to drink a shit ton of it as a teen, so i built up a reistance

I used to drink energy drinks a lot before. I've mostly stopped now. My favorite was Red Bull White for anyone wondering. I prefer coffee now, not because it's healthier or anything, I prepare my coffee by putting around 2-4x the recommended amount of coffee powder, and then putting a noobhellian amount of sugar, I just like it more.

Energy drinks get costly and sickening after more than one bottle or can. Coffee is dirt-cheap to buy in bulk, adjustable in strength, and easily drank back-to-back. The secret and true answer though are powdered pre-workouts, even if they suffer from becoming sickly after a while.
