I tried to use the Web Browser for my 3DS but it didn't work anymore and asked me to update it (Which I don't want to). So I found some random noob on GBAtemp that made a NetSurf port to that shit.
Loading is kinda slower than the normal web browser but it can load shit like Wikipedia with no problem.
