“Dalit” role

The role would be given to people who frequently derail threads and/or are disliked by the majority of the userbase, but are otherwise not really deserving of a permaban. The role could also be applied temporarily if some user is acting like a cacaot.

Dalit users get the following punishments:
-Can only post in a dedicated board for them (or /shit/) and on their own profile.
-Can not add reactions. (Optional, or could restrict the same way as posting.)
-Get a title of shame next to their name so brahmins can laugh at them.
-Whatever else you can come up with.

I think this could be a good compromise between more pro-rulescucking “ban people who shit up the site” and anti-rulescucking “don’t ban people unless they did vile shit” users. Would also let shitflingers waste their time without being annoying for bystanders.
