December Shrunger Games

Welcome to the December Shrunger Games!
I am your host, Doll, and welcome to the next semi/bi/annual Shrunger games. Every real life day, we will cover the antics of 36 of your fellow shroomers in their quest to win first place in the games. The prize? Eternal recognition, glory, and much more to be announced! Lets get to our contestants!

Take a good look at these faces, because soon many of them will be dead. Such is the risk you take when chasing that W!
We will begin the first round/day n' night shortly, stay tuned folks!​

DAY 1 - THE BLOODBATH

We start off the games with the opening ceremony, and The Bloodbath. For those unaware, all contestants start in a circle next to each other and when the buzzer sounds, they are allowed to grab items from the center of the cornucopia. They may also begin killing each other immediately! Who knows! Last fuckin time hardly anyone died at all! This is The Bloodbath!!!
And here..... we....... GO!

And we're off! Thing start off peaceful, if not hectic. CwicvilleGuardian reminds catjakker that he is not Ian Brandon Something, and the autism scares catjakker into the woods. Many other contestants flee as well, albeit for more strategic reasons than that. Alien Ambassador, Keyed zaryan, tony, and Idkchud share a community potluck with items from the cornucopia.

Thomsen arms himself with some sticks of dynamite, JustAnimeLurker looks at baqqrih and Thrembolone fighting, and decides to run before things get ugly. And they did! Baqqrih, a forum favorite, immediately kills Thrembolone, one of the Golden Gods! This is sure to send shockwaves throughout the competition! Thrembolone's share of the prize is now going to be shared with the victor of these games! What a twist!

More preparation from some crowd favorites as they scramble away from the bloodshed.

And we have more carnage! Sneedmaster pings me one too many times, so I stick an arrow through his skull to silence him. Not to be outdone, Rot lets jimbo know that he only has OneShot to grab these items from the cornucopia, and then Rot grabs a knife from under his feet and uses it to kill jimbo! Thats two Shrunger Games in a row where jimbo dies on the first day! Others escape deep into the woods with their weapons.

1844 or whatever gets in a fistfight with Shiny, but Shiny gets the upper hand when he grabs a rock and bashes 1844's face in! The horror!

More shroomers run for the hills to escape the bloodbath!

While cargo is perusing the items left in the cornucopia, _73 blows her head off with a single-shot shotgun! Rest in peace, and thank God we will not have to see that picture in the games anymore!
Garf, overwhelmed by the death of his beloved brother jimbo, cuts his neck and bleeds out atop him in respect.

Thats The Bloodbath done, lets move on to Day 1 proper!​

DAY 1


Some peaceful happenings occur during Day 1. Tony tries to become a night owl in one day, Shiny is picking apples, Sneedsmoker gets DoorDash shepherd's pie, and emerald readies another weapon for his hunts. 73 hides under a rock when Pepsilord comes chasing, and catjakker, traumatized by the CwicvilleGuardian, asks Shroot to end it all. Shroot convinces him to chin up and remember that he is normal just like everyone else in these games, which terrifies catjakker and makes him run away while flailing his arms.

A hunting pack is formed between dap, Apeson, and Cwicville for the day. Janny gives me an axe, Ribbon is scared by Itransheartroblox's Meursault impression, and Indian Pig Farm slips on a rock while running from Rot.

More peaceful interactions. Come on people! This is a fight to the death! Idkchud at least tries to get some bloodshed, but Hillel makes her getaway through the bushes. Alien Amabassador hides silently nearby and wonders why everyone keeps calling him basil.

Now there's some fun! Cat gets cornered by the Dorner and meets his end by his hands! Team OneShot has been killed off! What a shocking turn of events! Two boorubrappers are down, but several remain. Will one become our grand champion? Lets hope not..... Soda also receives a hatchet from janny and Zuse takes some time to appreciate the scenery.

NIGHT 1

The current state of play

Catjakker manages to find a group of shroomers hanging out and they decide to wait out the night together, expecting the world. Which is wise as Soda finds out his troubles do not end at night time! Two monsters under his bed emerge and murder him silently! Horrifying! Ribbon uses her South American instincts to climb into a tree to sleep while tony tries to sleep (again). Indian Pig Farm finds the chilly late-autumn night a bit colder than usual without any fire.

_73 catches Apeson in a dead sprint and slashes him across the back, ending his run early! Will no one stop these zellig abominations before we are all killed?! Meanwhile, Shroot remembers his friend catjakker and engages in a final duel with the head moderator, Cwicville Guardian! Cwicville summons Sonichu for protection, but he was too slow! Shroot walks away with Christine Weston Chandler's skull while the kiwifarms screams in panic! Speaking of kiwifarms panic, Idkchud gets himself over his head in a duel with two dollists! They both agree to put aside their differences and end Idkchud's life! Thats the second kill for baqqrih, who will be next?

The night ends quietly with plans for tomorrow being formed in our shroomers' minds. Zuse and Thomsen bandage each other up, while lifesucks, Hilell, and Itransheartroblox sing SMV's to pass the time. Shiny and I seem favored by janny as we both receive C4.

And that is our first day concluded! See you all tomorrow for the next installment of December's Shrunger Games!​
