I did'nt feel anything related to my heart, but my heartbeat was usually around 110bpm when i mesured it.

So you don't do it anymore? That's good. Honestly I don't know what circumstances led you to believe there's nothing worth living for, personally the only situations in which I would feel that way would be if I was left mentally stunted and a husk of my former self or if I became horrifically physically disabled, but maybe that's just because I have deluded myself into thinking I will be the next great stateman or something.

Im over a month sober from meth and 19 days sober from everything. As for my boohoo sad loser mentality i think it's from how my childhood played out, i wont go into details since trauma dumping is gay and i know people lived through worse but just thinking about it makes me want to blow my brain out.

the only good tobacco shops are the fully legal ones, and in England they get taxed the shit out of (so it makes the RRP high), because of this the only proper tobacco shop in my city got shut down during COVID for obvious reasons, really sucks because they did everything premium and legitimate.
i buy irresponsibly sourced untaxed counterfeit Amber-Leaf tobacco for a fiver now
