I don't think that's necessary, the west in its current form needs to be destroyed or at least radically changed. Wether it's Russia or China, it doesn't matter as both are preferable. Trump is at least doing something towards it, it isn't ideal but it's a start.

Putin is a basdummy who has doomed many and, at that, he will probably die a basdummy. With that said, there is some good within Russia's borders that is comparably far and few in the West. If we're comparing them in wholes, then Russia is simply a lesser evil than a country like America. However, you have to realize that comparing things in wholes is often really stupid. It's for that reason that I don't support the ways of the Russian government or the evil ways of so many of Russia's people, but I do support the Russian church as far as it goes in spreading the religion I follow (rather than leashing it to secularists).

The contemporary Russian regime is culturally Neo-Bolshevik and it celebrates a past empire that persecuted Christians no different than pagan Rome did. It does this all while trying to fuse its own, modern culture with Christianity in order to again divide the church, also as the past Soviet empire did. The Kremlin is simply horrendous.

In particular, I really despise the fact that the ROC has basically let itself be subdued by a government yet again, rangling itself into a situation I think of as a "Little Renovationism," like a miniature emulation of the filthy terror that the Bolsheviks molested the church with last century. Patriarch Kirill himself is a living reminder of the fallibility of even the highest echelons of our church, proclaiming that Muslims and Christian worship the same God, for example. Damn fool. This isn't to say that the Orthodox faith relies on higher-ups for its truths, of course, because there have been plenty of improper patriarchs in the past who've existed alongside a remnant of the ever-existing wise faithful. Still, it is disappointing that we live in times where a patriarch can sink to this level of lacking integrity.

I still believe Ukraine is a fake country. It really has no identity apart from not wanting to be poor, which I could respect if I didn't know that they're still gonna be poor 20 years from now even without Russia.
