Do you take supplements?

On top of those seen in the attached photo, I also take Magnesium complex, Vitamin D3 and Fish Oil.

  • Milk Thistle, Dandelion & Yellow Dock - Aids the liver, kidney, gallbladder, mind and digestive health. The milk thistle in particular is often linked to clearing the body of heavy metals and de-calcifying the pineal gland.
  • Turmeric Ginger - Good for the brain and general neuroprotection.
  • Korean Ginseng - Often found in energy drinks, reduces fatigue and aids the immune system.
  • Sea Kelp - Heavy in Iodine, which aids and regulates your hormones, metabolism and brain development.
  • Men Multivits & Minerals - While a tad overkill considering what I take alongside it, it's a jack of all trades master of none hodgepodge of the necessities.
  • Magnesium Complex - Aids in muscle function, bone health, energy, mood and heart health.
  • Vitamin D3 - Similar effects to Magnesium. liars in the medical field have been coming out recently about how supposedly "bad" it is, that's how you know it's good haha.
  • Fish Oil - Heavy in Omega 3, which aids the eyes, mood, brain and heart.
  • The gnome - Aids in mood, magical ability and spell-casting.

All of this alongside my ongoing months of semen retention has really changed how my body functions. I began taking the latter four two years back. I dropped a few stone, got enough muscle to please me and avoided every illness thrown at me through School, the weather, and the poison in the air. I haven't gotten sick since I began, not a flu nor a cough.

The former I've only started taking the past few months has really made my mind feel like a ball of electricity. If my brain were a tablespoon before, it's a dagger now. It consistently feels full, not in an overwhelming sense, more concentrated. My minds eye has exponentially improved, the classic apple test results in clear as day replica with exhasutive detail. If I were to imagine it in my physical hand, it appears with a smidge of Gaussian blur. I couldn't do this before, where the same thoughts would only muster cartoon-esque imitations.

My energy and mood have also altered which was expected, I rarely become groggy anymore yet in the same breath I'll let it be known, it isn't a sleep replacement. Sleep is essential, without sleep everything is being took for the sake of doing so. To make it short, when I'm awake, I'm fully switched on. During my runs, where the same distance ran months ago would leave me exhausted, it now leaves me running longer, the prior exhaustion being completely negated. Although, I do believe that the energy is more in thanks to the retention rather then the supplements but still. Finally mood. I cannot tell if the supplements are to thank for this, but I've became much less mopey. I still feel upset, furious and overwhelmed when the time comes, but I always regret it afterward to differing extents. It's actually lead to me saying the Lords Prayer every night before bed the past two weeks, which correlates with me beginning to take the former.
What do (You) take?
fried chicken dipped in grape cool aid and watermelon

TEPID WATER not cold you will restrict bloodflow and only irritate the burn further so when you do take it out blood will come back and it'll hurt more
Really? I'll have to take note of that. I only recommend cold water as it's what my nan used a decade ago to treat a nasty burn I got on my hand after resting it on her fireplace. I wasn't a bright chap hahaha.

You want to cool the wound but not chill it, that'll just make the nerves narrow
You want just cool enough to push back the inflammation which is half the pain after the burn but also not too hard if you get what i mean
