You can sleep with them in, just don't do it every day. I fell asleep one time after school and aside from my eye being a bit itchy everything was fine.

i fall asleep in contacts every now and then and 80% of the time it isn't a problem. even last night i took a 5 hour nap by accident in contacts and woke up perfectly fine
