I started playing Fallout 2 like a week ago, and I haven't played any of the mods. I've only played 1,3 and NV.Beat fallout: Sonora last year finally. Might replay the classic games once I finish my current line-up.
Thoughts on the Restoration Project for fallout 2?
Yea, I'd recommend playing it vanilla the first time anyway.I started playing Fallout 2 like a week ago, and I haven't played any of the mods. Ive only played 1,3 and NV.
I know Sonora is set in/about Mexico, but that's pretty much it.Yea, I'd recommend playing it vanilla the first time anyway.
Restoration Project just tweaks some gameplay (I think) and adds cut features like area 51 and other quests/things the game says should work but don't.
Sonora is just an entirely different fallout game built on the engine if you really enjoy the feel of the first two games
Hard to remember what was in sonora and what was in the other mod (can't remember the name) but I think it had crafting and a few new skills that were pretty coolI know Sonora is set in/about Mexico, but that's pretty much it.
I actually didn't hate it. It sort of has scavenger mechanics that the other games lackfallout 76 won
Fallout: Sonora is amazing in my opinion. As good as the original games. How did you like it? Also Restoration Project is ok, but there's a noticeable dip in the restored content most of the time. If i were to replay Fallout 2 it'd be with RP and Talking Heads Addon for sure.Beat fallout: Sonora last year finally. Might replay the classic games once I finish my current line-up.
