Gamenight schedules

The idea: Instead of manually featuring a gamenight thread every time there's a gamenight, there would be notices that appear on the website during a gamenight's time slot. Users can opt out of all gamenight notices (can't pick and choose) so people who will never join gamenights won't see any notices. Notices will be of the floating kind and appear on the bottom right

The gamenight schedule will come soon and users can request to add recurring gamenights on it, so you can have your weekly seshes. One time gamenights won't be on this as I don't have a good system for it
