From watching oldheads discuss newer furries communicating with the media, all of them ate said to hold an air of determination as to save the fandoms reputation. This seems harmless on the surface, but the various executions over the years never work as it always ends in the media bouncing around the spergs attempts at portraying the fandom in a positive light to get the answers they want, to which said spergs often admit to thus giving the media a clip to milk. All of this is why actual con-representatives who know how to speak to people are typically pushed forth to handle journalists
