I don't care about who neuters themselves with regulations more, but anyone who says Russia is somehow more moral than the USA is tripping balls. The AIDS and alcoholism rates speak for themselves.
Kind of like the people that say Mexico is morally superior because of catholicism, despite mexico being drastically more LGBT per capita than the US.
