How do you make your tea or coffee?

personally i add a spoonful of honey and a bit of cold milk (so the coffee gets warmer), when i drink tea i drink white tea which is really sweet by its own so i just add a bit of sugar

I used to drink tea sweetened a lot as a kid, not so much now. Coffee tastes shit either way with sugar or not so why even bother adding unnecessary calories (ironically coming from me out of all people)

Serious answer: For the most part I just have it black. Coffee doesn’t really taste good no matter how you have it, so might as well have it in its purest, calorie free form to get the energy
