Hytale is gooder than Minecraft

[Goot]

iirc it has funding for like 10 yrs of development

Translated: it has funded 10 years of minecraft hypixel upkeep

[worldatwar]

Did Tencent or whatever drop that much money into this game?

tencent has nothing to do with this. iirc it was fan support and leftover hypixel funds that caused this

[George Humphreys]

Hytale came out and then everybody who bothered with it went back to mc

[Barry]

Hytale came out and then everybody went back to mc

Simplicity won
