Fallout 4 is really only playable with mods, i mean I was able to get by in NV vanilla but 4's weapons are dogshit

To be honest, fallout 4 has no comparision. There's something so liberating about shooting anything and anyone and robbing their shit.
In a way, Fallout 4 allows any white boy to awaken xis inner African BVLL. There is something very satisfying about just walking into a random store, shooting everyone, looting it and then using it's resources to build you own KANGDOM along with your OG homie Preston. It's truly an african game.

If i were to make a mod for any game, it'd be for kenshi. At least that game's modding community seems to be more keyed than others.
