i found an old tv today

ion own a tv so i wouldnt know what modern tvs look like
cause i simply dont have a use for one
Modern TVs are cheap with 4k but comes with terrible laggy software, telemetry, ads, pre-installed with unnecessary apps and will break after 2 years of usage

My parents' TV is a shitty LG one and the backlight is so broken by the virtue of being 4 years old (very old for modern elecreal womanics) it's just blue and blue and blue. Everything looks so shit on it. This is a very common problem in modern TVs and the solution is like $50 and some golden hands but alas people would rather buy a new TV for $500

Modern TVs can be fine, just don't buy any generic name-brand/bad drivershit garbage, never connect it to Wi-Fi and if you wanna watch streaming apps so bad just buy an Apple TV
