If cloning technology were real, would you support it?

Cloning?

I genuinely don't even support surrogacy. I love my sisters in-law, and they've taught me that there is nothing that compares to pregnancy and birth. You're depriving the mother and child of something immeasurable by forgoing normal childbirth. I believe that doing so is a great evil that both the mother and child will suffer for the rest of their lives.
what about adoption [bapepe]

Also cloning already exists, it's just that the clones "rush" to catch up with their donor and don't stop after. If you clone yourself at 18, the clone will die of old age before you turn 40.
And it's an affront to God himself and there is no way out of the torment you will suffer
ummm source? Wtf

Is everyone here a Jeet? It's well-known that cloning has existed for decades and is available to the public through commercial animal cloning.

noob played Metal Gear Solid 4 once and came to this conclusion. Aging is the result of accumulated cellular damage and to a lesser extent epigenetic drift, both of those are reset during cloning. Clones have the same lifespan as their progenitors.

I think adoption is fine. Orphans already have to grow up without their parents, and it's much better for them to be raised by a loving adoptive family than just be stuck in an orphanage, likely suffering abuse.

Then why don't they?
>She [Dolly] was euthanized at the age of six years due to a progressive lung disease. No cause that linked the disease to her cloning was found.
